Jackie Wylde - Manager

Hayley Sanders Bubbles Nursery Kent

Jackie holds a BA Hons in Early Childhood Education and Care. She places huge importance building close relationships with children in her care and their families, and takes pride in the development of a child that she has supported and worked with.

Jackie is passionate about animal welfare and global warming, and is currently studying for a degree in geography and environmental science. She enjoys bird watching, history (especially the Viking era), and is a bit of a dare-devil having undertaken a parachute jump and flown an acrobatic plane herself. She has even walked on fire!

Jackie has 3 daughters and 2 young grandchildren.

Bubbles Nursery and Out of School Club, Eastry, Sandwich, Kent

We are conveniently located in the Community Centre in Wilmott Place, and close to Eastry C of E Primary School. We provide full daycare for children aged 0 to 5 years old and Out of School and Holiday Care for children aged 5 to 11 years old.

Our nurturing ‘home from home’ environment is carefully designed to encourage children to learn independently in a safe, secure environment that promotes equality and values diversity. Our building is purpose built with access to 4 outdoor play areas. We have an experienced and skilled team of staff and our manager holds Early Years Professional Status. Healthy home cooked meals are provided for the children using fresh ingredients to promote healthy eating.

We provide a range of fun activities, resources, and experiences to meet children’s individual needs and interests. Children have the opportunity to explore our outdoor area all year round and take part in physical activity, being adventurous in safety.

We offer Early Education funding for 2 year olds and all 3 and 4 year olds

All children who are 3 years old are entitled to early education funding the term after they are 3 years old. They are entitled to 15 funded hours a week for 38 weeks of the year. This can be taken during school term times only or stretched out over the whole year.

Early education funding for 2 year olds is offered to families meeting certain criteria, please ask for details or see “Do you need help with funding?” at the top of this page.

There is no registration charge if your child only attends funded sessions.

We accept 15 hours and 30 hours Early Education Funding for 2, 3 and 4 year olds.

1 January to 31 March (inclusive) The start of the Term 5 following their second Birthday (after April holiday)
1 April to 31 August (inclusive) The start of Term 1 following their second birthday (after Summer holiday)
1 September to 31 December (inclusive) The start of Term 3 following their second birthday (after Christmas/New Year holiday)

15 hours entitlement can be used between 9-12 each day or 1-4 Monday to Friday.

30 hours entitlement can be used 9-3 Monday to Friday.
